Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Jaspal Singh Gill heard public grievances during the Samadhan Camp held at his office in Chhachhrauli and directed concerned officials to ensure the timely resolution of all complaints.
Addressing the gathering, the SDM said the Haryana Government is organising Samadhan Camps every Monday and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 12 noon to provide citizens with a dedicated platform for the quick disposal of public grievances. He said the initiative aims to make government services more accessible and ensure that issues concerning various departments are addressed without unnecessary delay.
Gill informed that citizens can bring complaints related to the Family Identity Card (PPP), ration cards, social security pensions, police matters, Panchayati Raj institutions and other government departments to these camps. He said grievances that can be resolved immediately are disposed of on the spot, while cases requiring departmental verification or further processing are forwarded to the concerned authorities with directions for time-bound action.
During Thursday’s camp, four complaints relating to the Family Identity Card, electricity connection, ration cards and social security pension schemes were received. All the complaints were referred to the respective departments for immediate action and early resolution.
Among those present at the camp were BDPO Chhachhrauli Kartik Chauhan, SMO Pratap Nagar Dr Jitender, UHBVN Junior Engineer Santosh, Public Health Department Junior Engineer Deepak, Kanungo Devi Chand, SI Amit Kumar, along with officials and employees from various government departments.
