CM Nayab Singh Saini to participate in state-level Tiranga Yatra on August 10

SDM Aman Kumar said religious and social organisations, along with citizens from across Kurukshetra, would participate in the state-level Tiranga Yatra being organised on August 10.
Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini will participate in the yatra, which is expected to become a landmark public event through the participation of citizens and community organisations.
Aman Kumar inspected preparations at the venue and held a meeting with representatives of social and religious organisations. He urged institutions to decorate their premises with Tricolour lighting and fabric and organise Tiranga Yatras, cycle rallies and bike rallies in their respective areas during the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign.
He said the Chief Minister would join the Tiranga Yatra at 4 pm on August 10. The yatra will begin from the area opposite Pooja Model School in Sector 2 and proceed through Police Lines, the new bus stand and Dronacharya Stadium before concluding at the Shaheedi Smarak near the Mini Secretariat.
The SDM said adequate security arrangements would be made along the route. Officials and sanitation teams have also been assigned duties to ensure cleanliness and proper arrangements around the route and the Mini Secretariat.
District Information and Public Relations Officer Dr Narendra Singh, K.L. Batla, Hari Om Parivajaka and representatives of various social and religious organisations attended the meeting.
