District and sub-divisional level camps are being organised every Monday and Thursday to provide citizens with a direct platform for resolving administrative and civic issues.

In line with the directions of Deputy Commissioner Preeti and the Haryana Government’s initiative to ensure the speedy resolution of public grievances, Samadhan Shivirs are being organised twice every week across Yamunanagar district. These grievance redressal camps are being held at both the district and sub-divisional levels every Monday and Thursday from 10 am to 12 noon.
Office Superintendent in the Deputy Commissioner’s Office, Anoop Kumar, said the initiative has been launched to provide citizens with a convenient platform where they can directly submit their grievances before the concerned authorities and seek timely resolution.
A Samadhan Shivir was organised at the auditorium of the District Secretariat under the chairmanship of Anoop Kumar. During the camp, two public grievances were received, relating to property tax and sanitation issues.
Jeeto Rani, a resident of Harinagar, raised a complaint regarding the reduction of her property tax. Another resident, Nain Singh of Mandauli, highlighted the problem of a blocked drain, which had resulted in the accumulation of garbage and unhygienic conditions in the area.
The complaints received during the Samadhan Shivir were taken up for necessary action and forwarded to the concerned departments for resolution in accordance with the prescribed procedures.
Anoop Kumar said the main objective of organising these camps is to ensure that citizens do not have to make repeated visits to different government offices to get their problems addressed. By bringing officials and concerned departments onto a common platform, the district administration aims to improve coordination and ensure faster disposal of public grievances.
He said the Haryana Government is committed to responsive governance and the timely delivery of public services. The Samadhan Shivirs are being organised as an important initiative to strengthen communication between the administration and the public and ensure that genuine grievances receive proper attention.
Officials from various government departments participate in the camps so that complaints can be examined and addressed promptly. Matters requiring further departmental action are forwarded to the respective authorities with directions to ensure timely follow-up and disposal.
The Yamunanagar district administration has appealed to residents to make maximum use of the Samadhan Shivirs and bring their legitimate concerns before the authorities. Citizens facing problems related to civic amenities, government services, property matters, sanitation and other administrative issues can approach the camps organised at the district and sub-divisional levels.
The administration reiterated that the prompt and effective resolution of public grievances remains a priority. Officials have been instructed to take every complaint seriously and ensure that necessary action is taken within the prescribed timeframe.
Special member Neeraj Gupta, dentist Dr Ashwini Almadhi, and officials from various government departments were also present during the Samadhan Shivir.
