The Inner Wheel Club Jagadhri–Yamunanagar, led by President Ragini Vinayak, celebrated Van Mahotsav at Bloomberg School with a tree plantation drive aimed at promoting environmental awareness among students. Club members planted 10 saplings on the school campus and encouraged children to actively participate in protecting the environment. Students were educated about the importance of trees in maintaining ecological balance and creating a cleaner, greener and healthier future.Adding a creative touch to the programme, students recited poems on environmental conservation and planted seeds in paper cups bearing their names, reinforcing the message of nurturing nature from an early age The club also arranged refreshments for members and teachers participating in the event.The programme concluded with a collective pledge to plant more trees, care for the saplings and contribute towards environmental conservation through sustained community participation. Club members said such initiatives help instil environmental responsibility in young minds and encourage them to become active contributors to a sustainable future.
