The 79th annual Sant Nirankari Samagam will be held from October 23 to 26, 2026, at the Sant Nirankari Spiritual Site in Samalkha. The four-day gathering is expected to bring together devotees in an atmosphere centred on human welfare, service, harmony, spiritual awareness and devotion.

According to Baldev Singh, coordinator of the Sant Nirankari Mission branch in Yamunanagar, preparations for the annual gathering are progressing on a large scale, with thousands of volunteers from different branches of the district engaged in various service activities.

More Than 25,000 Devotees Expected from Yamunanagar

More than 25,000 devotees from Yamunanagar district are expected to travel to Samalkha for the annual gathering. Members of the district Sevadal are also preparing to assist with traffic management and other service responsibilities, including canteen-related arrangements.

The gathering will take place in the presence of Satguru Mata Sudiksha Ji Maharaj and Nirankari Raj Pita Ramit Ji. Organisers said the event will convey messages of love, service, harmony and human unity, while providing devotees an opportunity for spiritual reflection and collective participation.

‘Awakening’ to Be the Central Theme

The central theme of this year’s annual Sant Nirankari Samagam is ‘Awakening’. The mission says the inner awakening of spiritual consciousness can change the direction of life and encourage people towards love, devotion, peace and truth.

For devotees, the gathering is being presented as an opportunity to experience the connection between spiritual knowledge, meditation, satsang and selfless service. The message emphasises that service performed with dedication and humility can become a means of expressing gratitude and devotion.

Thousands of Volunteers Engaged in Preparations

Preparations at the Samalkha venue are being carried out with the participation of volunteers from different age groups and backgrounds. Work is continuing from the early hours of the day, with volunteers contributing their time and effort to ensure that the venue is ready for the large gathering.

Volunteers are assisting with construction work, tent arrangements, sanitation, water management and food services. The main entrance gate, which is expected to be a prominent feature of the venue, is also taking shape ahead of the annual event.

The preparations reflect the importance attached by devotees to voluntary service. Organisers said that volunteers are working with dedication and enthusiasm, contributing to different responsibilities according to the needs of the gathering.

Service as a Collective Responsibility

The atmosphere at the venue is marked by coordinated volunteer work, with different teams handling different aspects of the preparations. From infrastructure and arrangements to cleanliness and food services, volunteers are contributing towards making the event convenient for visiting devotees.

For members of the mission, such service is not viewed simply as an organisational responsibility but as an expression of devotion and gratitude. The preparations also underline the role of collective participation in managing a large spiritual gathering.

With the event scheduled to begin on October 23, preparations are expected to continue until the final arrangements are completed. The participation of more than 25,000 devotees from Yamunanagar is expected to make the annual gathering an important event for followers of the mission in the district.
