Arisht Spinning Mills to conduct on-the-spot interviews; Class 10, 12, graduates and ITI pass-outs eligible

A mega job fair and campus recruitment drive will be organised at the Government Industrial Training Institute (ITI), Pehowa, on September 7, offering eligible candidates an opportunity to appear for on-the-spot interviews with a participating industrial employer.
Government ITI Pehowa Principal Rakesh Kumar said Arisht Spinning Mills, Sai Road, Baddi, Solan, Himachal Pradesh, will participate in the recruitment drive and conduct interviews of candidates at the venue. The company is expected to shortlist and select suitable candidates during the recruitment process.
He said the job fair will be open to candidates who have passed Class 10, Class 12, graduation or ITI courses. Both male and female candidates meeting the educational eligibility criteria can participate in the recruitment drive.
Candidates interested in appearing for the job fair have been advised to reach the Government ITI Pehowa by 10 am on September 7 and complete their registration for the recruitment process.
Applicants have also been asked to carry their original educational and other relevant documents with them. The documents will be required during the registration and interview process.
The recruitment drive is aimed at providing students and job seekers with direct access to an industrial employer without the need to go through a lengthy initial recruitment process. Candidates will have an opportunity to interact directly with company representatives and appear for interviews at the institute itself.
Principal Rakesh Kumar appealed to eligible candidates to make the most of the opportunity and reach the institute on time with all required original documents. He said participation in such campus recruitment programmes can provide candidates with a direct opportunity to explore employment prospects in the industrial sector.
The job fair will bring together candidates from different educational backgrounds, including school pass-outs, graduates and technically trained ITI candidates. This will allow a wider group of job seekers to participate in the recruitment process.
Candidates planning to attend the drive should ensure that they complete registration within the prescribed time. Those arriving after the registration deadline may face difficulties in participating in the scheduled recruitment process.
