Demonstrating its commitment to community service, environmental sustainability and youth empowerment, Inner Wheel Club Jagadhri-Yamunanagar organised a social outreach programme at Aarohan Welfare Society, where internship students were honoured and a series of welfare initiatives were undertaken.  The programme brought together club members, students and social workers to encourage education, environmental awareness and community participation. Club President Ragini Vinayak, former President Praveen Garg, Parul Khanna and other members attended the event. As part of the programme, internship students undergoing training at Aarohan Welfare Society were presented with certificates of appreciation in recognition of their dedication and successful completion of their training. Speakers encouraged the students to continue learning, develop self-confidence and contribute meaningfully to society through service and leadership. The club also donated LED bulbs and lighting equipment to the organisation to support its day-to-day activities and improve infrastructure.  Promoting the message of environmental conservation, club members, interns and students jointly participated in a tree plantation drive, highlighting the importance of preserving green spaces and protecting the environment. Participants were also sensitised about the need to nurture planted saplings and adopt sustainable practices in daily life.  Refreshments were served to students and interns, adding a warm and interactive touch to the event. A major highlight of the programme was the presence of actor and comedian Gurmeet Chawla, popularly known as “Junior Jaspal Bhatti.” Through his trademark humour and motivational interaction, he inspired students to embrace positivity, remain focused on their goals and face life’s challenges with confidence. The programme concluded with Aarohan Welfare Society presenting saplings to the members of the Inner Wheel Club as a token of appreciation for their continued support and social commitment.  Speakers observed that such initiatives play a vital role in strengthening the values of education, environmental responsibility and community service while encouraging greater public participation in nation-building.
