Minister holds public interaction at Radaur residence, directs officials to ensure time-bound redressal and promotes sustainable farming practices

Haryana Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare, Fisheries and Animal Husbandry Minister Shyam Singh Rana conducted a public grievance hearing at his residence in Radaur, where he met local residents, listened to their concerns and directed officials to ensure prompt and effective resolution of pending issues.
A large number of people from across the constituency attended the interaction, presenting grievances as well as suggestions related to civic services, public welfare and development works. Several cases were resolved on the spot, while officials were instructed to address the remaining matters in a transparent and time-bound manner.
Addressing the gathering, Rana said public service remains the guiding principle of his work and that maintaining direct contact with the people is essential for responsive governance.
“My foremost priority is to meet the people of my constituency, understand their concerns and ensure that their problems are resolved without unnecessary delay,” the minister said, adding that every elected representative has a responsibility to work for the welfare of every citizen.
He directed government officials to deal with public grievances with sensitivity and accountability so that residents do not face avoidable inconvenience while seeking government services.
Reiterating his development agenda, Rana said the holistic development of the Radaur Assembly constituency and ensuring that every eligible family benefits from government welfare schemes remain among his highest priorities.
During the interaction, the Agriculture Minister also encouraged farmers to adopt modern, technology-driven and environmentally sustainable agricultural practices to improve productivity while protecting natural resources.
Highlighting the importance of clean mobility, he said electric vehicles (EVs) can play a significant role in reducing dependence on conventional fuels and protecting the environment. He urged farmers to take advantage of various government schemes promoting electric vehicles, modern agricultural equipment and advanced farming technologies.
Rana said the Haryana Government is continuously working to enhance farmers’ income, modernise agriculture and accelerate rural development by making new technologies and welfare programmes more accessible to the farming community.
He added that under the leadership of Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, the state government remains committed to the principle of Antyodaya, ensuring that development and public welfare initiatives reach the last person in society.
Senior BJP leaders, party workers and a large number of local residents were present during the public interaction programme.
