A meeting of the Vidyalaya Management Committee and Executive Committee of Kendriya Vidyalaya Vyasapur was held under the chairmanship of nominated Chairman and Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Vyasapur, Dr Kuldeep Singh. The meeting reviewed the school’s academic achievements, facilities being provided to students and the progress of ongoing development works.
Dr Kuldeep Singh was welcomed at the school by students on his arrival. Principal Jyoti welcomed the SDM and briefed him about the academic activities, achievements and overall functioning of the institution. She provided detailed information about the academic progress of students, various activities organised by the school and initiatives being undertaken for the overall development of the institution.
During his visit, Dr Kuldeep Singh also inspected different parts of the school premises and reviewed the basic facilities available to students. Particular attention was given to sanitation arrangements, cleanliness, drinking water facilities and other essential amenities. The inspection was aimed at assessing whether students were being provided with a clean, safe and conducive environment for learning.
The SDM directed the school management to ensure that all essential arrangements remain functional and are maintained regularly. He emphasised that students should receive a clean, safe and healthy educational environment and that sanitation and cleanliness should receive continuous attention.
Dr Kuldeep Singh said proper cleanliness in educational institutions was important not only for maintaining a pleasant campus environment but also for protecting the health and well-being of students. He directed the concerned members of the school management to address any shortcomings in basic facilities promptly and ensure that students do not face inconvenience in accessing essential services.
The meeting also included a detailed review of the construction work of the new Kendriya Vidyalaya building being developed in Hartol village. The SDM sought information from the concerned officials regarding the current status of the construction, progress achieved so far and other important aspects related to the project.

Teachers of Kendriya Vidyalaya Vyasapur, including Amit Gupta, Pradeep Garg, Ritu Rathore and Amit Kumar Gupta, along with other members of the school staff and the committee, also attended the meeting.
