Employees working under Haryana’s Outsourcing Policy Part-II and HARTRON have intensified their demand for regularisation by staging a symbolic protest while on duty. Wearing black bands, the employees expressed resentment over the delay in framing a regularisation policy and urged the state government to secure their future.
Addressing the media, Part-II Employees State President Dinesh Kumar and Haryana IT Professionals Welfare Association State President Virender Dhanda said the protest was organised to highlight the long-pending issue of regularisation. They stated that despite serving in various government departments for years and performing regular official duties, thousands of employees continue to work without job security.
The employee leaders said the agitation would now be intensified with a peaceful statewide protest scheduled for August 11 at Sector-5, Panchkula, where Part-II and HARTRON employees from across Haryana will gather to press for a transparent and employee-friendly regularisation policy.
They urged the government to recognise the long service and experience of outsourcing employees and formulate a fair policy that safeguards the future of thousands of workers and their families. Employees across the state have also been appealed to join the Panchkula demonstration in large numbers.
Antyodaya Fair Connects Beneficiaries with Government Welfare Schemes

An Antyodaya Fair was organised at the District Council office under the Chief Minister Antyodaya Parivar Utthan Yojana 2.0, providing eligible beneficiaries with information and access to various Central and Haryana Government welfare schemes.
Multiple departments, including the Haryana Scheduled Castes Finance and Development Corporation, Haryana Skill Development Corporation, Employment Department, Fisheries Department, Haryana Agro Industries Corporation and Haryana State Rural Livelihood Mission, set up stalls to guide beneficiaries on self-employment, financial assistance, skill development and livelihood programmes.
Chief Executive Officer of the District Council Sushil Kumar visited the stalls and reviewed the implementation of various schemes. He directed officials to ensure that eligible citizens receive benefits in a transparent and time-bound manner so that the objective of socio-economic upliftment of Antyodaya families can be effectively achieved.
He also appealed to eligible citizens to actively participate in such fairs and make maximum use of government welfare initiatives.
